don’t have to. We offer a monthly subscription plan where you only pay
per-employee per-application. Your subscription includes all licenses, storage,
bandwidth, and technical support and training.

Who we are...
With almost 20 years in IT, Kevin has
experience in both Systems Engineering and Executive roles. He’s worked on a
variety of large scale projects for the United States Air Force, Northrop
Grumman, and Apptis. He is a Cisco Certified Internetworking Expert.
Mike brings over 30 years of public accounting
experience, and handles all financial and HR functions at Phase 2. He's a
certified CPA, has held executive roles in public and private
compaines, as well as owning his own investment firms.
Adam is responsible for Phase 2’s website,
advertising,
and public outreach. Prior to Phase 2 he ran a Web 2.0 travel
company, and advised several startups in Boston.
He has a master’s
degree from MIT.
Gina manages all inside sales and customer support
personnel. She's an expert in both the technical and business aspects of
SaaS. Gina has a strong background managing IT personnel, and
operations.
Phase 2 has a dedicated staff of
software, hardware, and network engineers that work tirelessly to
support clients, 24 hours a day. The support staff proactively
monitors all applications and performance metrics -- oftentimes calling the
customers to report issues before they notify us.
