Phase 2 operates robust data centers with connectivity to 3 top-tier backbone providers. We utilize top of the line IBM X-series servers and have engineers monitoring the network 24 hours a day.

Data Backups

Phase 2 has implemented a thorough backup strategy for all hosted sites which takes full site-level snapshots [system state and data] nightly. This ensures that all data is successfully compressed, stored, and logged. This makes the restore process very quick and efficient in the event that a customer site is in an error state.

Phase 2 retains 5 days’ worth of full backup files standard. This policy can be adjusted based on individual customer requirements. Optional Monthly Archive Service and Preminum backup services available.
