Phase 2 operates robust data centers with connectivity to 3 top-tier backbone providers. We utilize top of the line IBM X-series servers and have engineers monitoring the network 24 hours a day.

Backbone Carriers

Carriers include AT&T, Qwest and TimeWarner Telecom.
By providing the connectivity to the 3 carrier networks Phase 2 is able to ensure that connectivity around the US and the world is efficient and response times are immediate.
