Phase 2 operates robust data centers with connectivity to 3 top-tier backbone providers. We utilize top of the line IBM X-series servers and have engineers monitoring the network 24 hours a day.

Facilities

Phase 2 utilizes Class-A data centers . Facilities include 24/7 secure operations and over 2.0 MW uninterruptable critical power. The data center offers N+1 HVACs, UPSs, generators and ISP connectivity.

Accessible by biometric (retina scan) identity verification only. Phase 2 has multiple redundant ISP circuits to its data center equipment, connected directly to 3 separate carriers. Bandwidth to and through the hosted equipment is carefully monitored 24/7.

Historical data and real-time metrics are combined to properly manage future capacity. All customer data is secured through the use of multiple application-layer firewalls and intrusion detection technology. Access to the applications is closely monitored and logged for historical and reporting purposes.
