Phase 2 operates robust data centers with
connectivity to 3 top-tier backbone providers. We utilize top of the line IBM
X-series servers and have engineers monitoring the network 24 hours a day.
Service Quality
Phase 2 operates a very sophisticated Network Management System that provides
our engineering personnel visibility into all aspects of the datacenters. This
provides a real-time, at-a-glance, status of all platforms along with reporting
capabilities. These reports are available to clients upon request.
