Partner Program FAQs

PHASE 2 has developed a program to assist our partners in expanding the types of
products and services they can offer their customers. By partnering with PHASE 2,
partners immediately have access to the same technology and services we provide
our clients directly.
How much does it cost to enroll?
There are no fees to enroll in the program.
Who can enroll in the partner program?
The PHASE 2 Partner Program is open to any technology company that
is developing, deploying, marketing and selling solutions that are synergetic with
the PHASE 2 suite of applications.
How do I enroll in the partner program?
Enrolling in the program is very easy. Scroll down to the bottom of this page. You
will be asked to provide basic information about your company and to accept the
membership agreement. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address
you provided.
What about marketing?
The assigned Account Executive will routinely send training and marketing information.
We will provide marketing materials that can be co-branded or private labeled as
required.
Will I be required to sign any legal documents to enroll in the program?
Access to some of the program benefits require you to review and click to accept
a corporate nondisclosure agreement. We recommend that you click to accept this
agreement just after enrollment to save time later. You will only need to do this
once.
What can I expect from PHASE 2?
PHASE 2 will assign a Channel Account Executive to your company. His/her primary
responsibility is to ensure that you have all of the information required to effectively
communicate, position, design, and support your customers.
Our partners are our most valued assets. You can expect to get premier support for
any initiative that you may be pursuing. We will work closely with your team to
ensure that you are trained and equipped with the very best we have to offer to
assist in your sales and service delivery efforts. We assign our best technical
resources to our partners.
What are Private Label (White Label) Services?
Private labeling (or white labeling as it is sometimes called) gives partners the
ability to work with our developers to configure our products to appear to be yours
- your corporate logos, CSS schemes and general look and feel. Your customers remain
your customers - we are simply the wholesaler of the applications.
How do I manage my private labeled accounts?
You will receive access to a partner portal that will have the specific details
for your accounts. Any adds or changes to your clients’ accounts can be made there
or through our customer support number.
What kind of sales support do you offer?
Our PHASE 2 sales staff is happy to assist anywhere along the sales process. Included
in this is free training material, white papers, web access to demo products, web
conferencing support, and conference calls. All of the tools you need are provided
to ensure that your team has everything required to be successful.
What kind of technical support do I get?
As a partner, you can expect direct access to our tier-2/3 support engineers and
developers. The primary contact will be your Account Executive. They will find the
appropriate resource to assist with your technical issues. We are very committed
to ensuring that we are 100% responsive to our partners. We understand that your
success is our success.
